Returns policy

• The buyer can return the item up to 30 days, but will need to email us within 14 days from the received date. The item must be in original packaging for a full refund.
• Partial refund for open or damaged packages.
• If the returns are under the buyer's remorse, the buyer will pay for the returned shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee of the price will be charged. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
• If the returns are the results of our errors, the buyer will receive a full refund including the returned shipping fee.
